I booked Eagle Liner but got transferred to another bus

Zero star rating, I booked a bus from Pretoria to Newcastle. We departed Pretoria in the Eagle liner bus but once we got to Parkstation we were moved to another bus (Gauteng coaches) that old, uncomfortable and I would’ve never chosen as an option. I felt so hurt and ****med, I will never use Eagle Liner ever again
