I booked a bus from Butterworth to Cape town on the 06/06 /22 for the 07 June 2022 ,on the 07/06 I received a call from the eagle liner call centre and a message telling me that the bus will be cancelled so I had to make alternative arrangements for me to get to Cape town,I was told that I will get a refund. I went to their offices on the 16/06/22 I was told it will take 15 days for a refund now the 15 days have passed when I reach them I'm told it takes 15-30 days to get a refund. Now it seems that I won't get my money back whereas they are the ones who cancelled to the trip.
