hurt by driver because I didn't have bribe money

I payed bus fare for my sister to go to Zimbabwe from joburg.My sister is 17years old, I talked to the drivers before they checked her passport and asked for advice since she was travelling alone, they responded very well until they asked for money to pay the officers at the border so that they will stamp her passport.I explained that I dont have money let me call my dad so that you organise how he can send the money to you they refused. Everyone ws on the bus except my sister,the drivers wr shouting that we are delaying them my sister is not going with them,thy are leaving her behind. They finaly agreed to let her in when they talked to my dad and told him that he should come and cross with my sister himself at the border because they are leaving her at shell garage before the border, he gave me back my fone.dad insisted on begging the drivers, I wanted to give the fone back to the driver and he refused to take it, he clossed the door whilst I was standing on the step of the bus but it failed to close as I was stuck between the door and the panel, I screamed that he's hurting me, and he opened the door. As I write my dad is driving to the border from polokwane to crosswith her.
