HORRIFIC CUSTOMER CARE

Never again will I ever we book tickets from this bus service - Eagleliner (Intercity). There customer service is horrific. Booked a bus for my son to leave Johannesburg at 7:30 this morning (14/06/2024)- the bus only collected them after 8:30am. They then leave Parkstation, they then stop at some shopping mall- they have no clue why. I tried calling intercity and eagleliner- their phones do not work. Sent a WhatsApp to them, the answered after 2 hour saying we should of asked their pax at Parkstation- no we apologize, no sympathy- nothing, then I respond and tell the person that their answer is unacceptable, they read my message and ignore. Are we supporting this bus service for such BAD treatment.Never again will we choose Eagleliner. They have some Facebook group for this bus service and the complaints are horrific. They don’t care about their customers.
