Horrible supervisor at JHB parkstation

The supervisor(JHB parkstation) was horrible ????, doesn't take into consideration whether you know Zulu/xhosa, yet you speak English, he was rude, he was inconsiderate. I inquired from the attendant of the bus service my destination , i.e . Where should I queue, he gladly assisted. But supervisor romoved me from the queue n put me where he wants and I accidentally got into a wrong bus..when we tried to solve the problem with customer care, he yelled at me in his own language and ended up walking away.. I'm afraid , if he is the supervisor, he is not a good leader to his team, his service sucks????
