HORRIBLE SO CALL SERVICE

EAGLE liner's service is horrible,I came here @ station before 06:00 but your bus left just before 06:00 instead, and the lady who's working here Pretoria station she's got he'll of attitude and telling me I can get Gautrain to Johannesburg to cash the bus that was supposed to leave station at 6 and left before 6 leaving passengers......and she's refusing to put me on 07:30 bus,she wants me to pay again and she's telling me that I forfeited my money. I really need to be called back now as I'm here stuck with my backs ,she's giving me a bad attitude and telling me if I need to speak to manager...the manager will be here at 10:30 ...what the **** is that ...and there's no operating call centre...the lady is got bad bad As attitude...please assist me to get my money back from this money making scheme
