Horrible service, worst support agents

If you care about the safety of your life, DO NOT use this bus service. We had to sleep on petrol station on the 31st of December 2025 because miscommunication and false promises from customer service and I even went to the so called head office in centurion. No one came out to explain their nonsense service we received. From the call centre agents, team leaders, supervisors and managers. They kept looking through the windows not willing to come and talk to me and face responsibility. You want a peace of mind and you wanna arrive safe. Stay away from this nonsense Indian damn transportation. I will be visiting department of transport about this. They literally put our lives at risk. Who sleeps in the middle of nowhere on the last day of the year.
