Horrible service

To say I am disappointed by the service I have received would be an understatement. The bus arrived an hour late then stood at the bus station for the next hour,on top of it all the driver had a bad attitude, he didn't allow people to sit where they want to sit. What on earth are we paying for if we are going to be treated like dogs.My mistake is not to read the long list of bad reviews about the company and the buses. I wouldn't wish the experience on anyone else
