Horrible pathetic service

Your customer service is really pathetic, we where waiting for a bus since 10 this morning at Bergview Harrismith, until now 17:40 not one bus had space for people who had booked tickets. How are you going to fix this? First the bus was loaded in pretoria, then the passengers had to get off under a bridge to board another over full bus there was no space for extra people but you managed to overload the bus anyway. Making the trip for the passengers unbearable. I want answers as the landline nber just rings and rings and the whatsapp messages are being ignored. This is a pathetic bus service
