Horrible experience

The bus left park station 30 minutes late as they overbooked the bus meaning that families had to be seperated or wait for a new bus. The bus kept on overheating meaning that we had to wait on the roadside every hour so that the bus cools down. The driver was rude and almost left a passenger at Montross. In the end a trip that should have taken 8 hours took 12hours.
