Horrible Customer Service

On the 3/10/2020 i booked a bus to CPT and was supposed to depart at 18:15 at Uitenhage, at 21:45 i call customer service only to be told that the bus was cancelled.I give my banking details for a refund and was told 7days. Today the 13/10/2020 i call in to check on the refund and im told theres a delay and they are not sure when my refund would be processed. I have NEVER in my history of travelling seen such PATHETIC customer service. Its Absolutely DISGUSTING !!!!! How they are still in business is beyond me
