Horrible customer service

This is a horrible bus I wouldn't recommend anybody to travel with this bus, this bus just left me in another city and told me to wait for another bus to come and pick me up, the bus came 2 hours later and It was late and I was alone, customer service didn't care nobody cared that I was stranded, I constantly emailed and emailed and phoned customer service nobody could give me a solution . Horrible Horrible Horrible bus service this, I regret even booking with them sies.
