Horrible customer service by Eagleliner

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding our recent travel experience with Eagleliner. Despite booking two tickets to King William's Town and arriving early at the departure station, we were unexpectedly directed to board a bus headed to Queenstown, for which we had paid the full fare. As a result, we will now have additional transportation costs to reach our intended destination, King William's Town, from Queenstown. Furthermore, I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the level of assistance provided by the supervisor on duty at the time. The lack of helpful guidance or resolution has added to our inconvenience.
