Horrible Customer Service

I booked a return trip with Eagle Liner Transport through Computicket for 01 April 2024 at 10:45 and my departure point was Harrismith to Pretoria. There were about 20 or so of us and when the bus arrived & had to embark, the bus driver informed that there was no seats available on the bus. Subsequently there were about 4/5 more buses which arrived & the story was the same, with few people standing in some buses. I was subsequently forced to make alternative arrangement & find another bus, albeit higher price & later arrival. With such horrific service, i dont understand how Computicket hosts them on their platform.
