HORRIBLE!!!!

What a total disappointment!!! I booked 2 tickets to JHB. The bus came, but drove off before they could board the bus!!! I've tried phoning them...no answer, used the whatsapp number provided...horrible feed back, an "I don't care attitude" is all I got!!! The problem is not resolved, didn't get any satisfying replies from them. Either they don't care, or the one on the other side of the whatsapp conversation doesn't understand English that well. No mention of a refund on the tickets I paid!!!
