Horrible Bus Ride

On the 4th of January 2025 i booked and paid for a bust ticket for trip from King Williams Town to Midrand. The bus was supposed to depart at 18:00 after waiting in the rain for while we got inside a bus, once seated we were told to get off as it was the wrong bus the correct bus was still coming from Queenstown. We got off and took our bags and waited in the rain this was around 19:00 now. we waited without any update from Eagle Liner until 21:45 when the correct bus came to get us and we had to get in quickly and our bags were packed without any order
