Horrible Bus

This is a bus that **** people,, Please be warned.. They are not reliable.. January I bought a ticket for my mother,, and when I went there to cancel or change the date.. They told me that it's too late. Meanwhile I have been phoning them since. Then I had to buy another one. Because my mother was to meet her doctors. . She later fell ill and was rushed to the Doctor.. Again I went to Eagle liner bus to cancel then I was told they will pay me within 15-30 Days. I've been phoning them since then.. Nothing and they don't respond on WhatsApp also..

I checked their Facebook reviews I found out that they have a very bad reputation. How can we be assisted for them to be shut down.. I'm disgusted by their service
