Horrible and bad experience

Do not make a mistake of booking Eagle liner bus it is the worst bus ever. I booked a bus On 20 March 2022 from JHB to Matatiele. The bus was supposed to leave Park station at 19:15 but it arrived an hour later, then it was stuck on N3 near Ultra city Estcourt from 1:00 am until 9:00 am How could the bus be stuck for 8 hrs without any backup plan, this is poor service and taking advantage of poor and disadvantage black people. I will never recommend this poor service bus to anyone
