Frustrating service by Eagle liner bus service!!!

We got to Big bird at 18:50 and we asked if eagle liner picked up people yet, then the people at the office said no.

Now at 20:40 we decided to call them, spoke to Patricia and she said she can't get hold of the driver however they will contact us in the morning. Its now 14:00 and the call center number doesn't go through. Now I'm forced to book another ticket!
