We had purchased two bus tickets from Baragwanath Soweto to Ezakheni(Ref# Elix ********** ), to my surprise when we got to Baragwanath at 05h20am on the 30th of March the bus had already left. The departure time on the tickets stated 06h00am. We then had to use taxis which was exactly what we were avoiding initially. When we arrived at Ezakheni we went to one of the Shoprite stores and explained what had happened but we were referred back to JHB where the incident occurred. We returned back to Jhb on the 02nd of April and my sister went to one of the USave stores and she was advised that the bus left on time and we will not be reimbursed for the bus tickets which we never used instead ended up paying double for getting to the wedding on time. I forwarded an email to customer care without any response. This morning again I gave them a call at Customer Care and I was requested to resend the email without any response AGAIN. If what's on the tickets is false information then maybe you should put the time on them only an estimation. I am very disappointed as I ended up paying R920.00 for a R440.00 trip for two to Ezakheni
