Failure to respect elderly people on pension

This bus industry is a disgrace. My parents who are pensioners travelling from Durban to Heidelberg GP, were refused to get off at Heidelberg GP because the driver was so rude, he didn’t even care who was going to pick them up in JHB Park Station. My parents are so frustrated it’s not funny. They are 72 and 61 years old. This company must be exposed for their incompetence and failure to even acknowledge and protect our elderly. I am disgusted by their service
