Extremely disappointed 😠😒

It was the first and last time using eagle liner. Bought ticket for my sister from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, the bus was 3 hours late. What made things worse is that all the numbers I could find online were not working, so we had no way of finding out what the problem was.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying the ticket.
