Extremely bad life risking service

I booked for my sister and I for a bus (Johannesburg to Durban) that was meant to leave at 20:00pm only for the bus to show up at 21:15pm with no explanation or an apology. As if that wasn't enough the bus smelled of pee with a broken window that's patched up with a plastic.

The bus driver was driving recklessly so much so it felt as though the bus felt like it would fall apart. The driver was rude when we complained about his speed, only to be told he needs to be in Durban by 4:00am. Not to mention it was a rainy night but the guy got in Durban in less than 7 hours with only 2 stops that were less than 15 mins luckily no one got left behind.
