Engleliner bus driver nqutu to Joburg

On my Monday 13 Jan 2025 I took a bus from Utrecht to Bara its was me and my daughter we paid 240 each total was 480.the driver took the money and told me that the machine it's not working but he will give the ticket in Standerton then we get in the bus when I notice that the bus was full there was no seat for us to seat I went back to the driver to let him know that we have no seat we need to get off.we were still at the garage in Utrecht he shouted at me to go back and stand at the back the cameras are watching when I demanded to to get of f he said no the cameras are watching.we get to Standerton he told me to get off me and my daughter the machine does not accept I asked for my money.he gave us 240 only I told him I don't have any money because from Standerton to Joburg is 200each he said it's not his problem I shouldn't have said I want to get off back at Utrecht.he left us stranded there.with no money to continue our journey.that driver took our money and left me ad my daughter stranded in the place that we dont know.the bus was coming from nqutu
