Such unprofessional service to say I'm disappointed is an understatement ...I had booked a bus which was suppose to depart at 2am the bis never came ...I filled for a refund they gave me a run around I kept following up I eventually got blocked on their WhatsApp support what kind of evil is that ...they kept saying finance department this and that .I went to a branch they took my banking details for a refund and to this day I have not received my money back .this is from the end of August. Their service is poor I don't even know how they are still in business they don't care about their clients they are no better than ****ers. We pay for services we don't receive and they refuse to reimburse their clients .such atrocious behavior .nonsensical actually .we should all take them to small claims court this is nonsense maan
