In December I booked a ticket to durban online and it didn't generate so I booked another at the park station office, I never got the refund for the ticket I paid for online, on the 16 last month I made a follow-up and was told I'll get the money with in 21 days, I just made anotge follow-up today and now I'm told they have a backlog and they will let me know when the funds will be processed.
