Eagleliner bus service suck
I would like to express my dissatisfaction I had traveling from queens town to Belleville on Sunday the 19 may 2019 at 13h30 the bus was on time as we left queenstown station we could see the driver was in distress as the bus started overheating and the water was running out the moment he filled the water up. Moments later the manager came to assist he then fixed the bus for us to drive to PE not long after that the bus stucked again and they were then attempting to fix the bus once they were unsuccessful in doing this he then only came to apologise and said we had an option to either go to PE my argument to him was how the hell is that possible if the bus is broken he then just turned around and said we would then need to go back to Queenstown, we then went back and wanted our money back as we wanted to book another bus this where things got worst , when we asked for our money he kept saying the bus is on the way despite fact that we are traveling with children that we paid for I thought this was so unfair he then said the bus is on its way we there is 17 passengers in the bus and we would have space while waiting for the other bus that only turned up at 20h30 they bought us each one a meal to the value of R50 the other bus arrived then we got into a full bus where the people did not want to move up people then wanted to sit on the back seat they said we cannot its for our own safety as the driver had to sleep the journey was so unpleasant as I had to have my 6 year old son sit on my lap as there was no place for him to sit that's how cramped the bus was not to forget we had to keep that back seat for the driver to sleep can't they sleep at home? They know they working night shift!!!! Lastly I would never be using this ****y service again it was extremely unpleasant they don't care chased people up from the back seat only got a proper seat in Paarl this left my son traumatised . we went down to Queenstown for a funeral bare in mind you have lost 10 customers can't believe that the contact centre didn't even call back when I called to express dissatisfaction
