Eagle liner/Busbud

Booked tickets online a day before my trip. Got to parkstation on time, but bus was full. I had to stand from parkstation to Heidelberg with my 9 year old daughter. The company is *********** they have no proper explanation except they mixed routes we will only get to sit in Heidelberg as l am travelling to Standerton. The drivers are extremely rude. I am actually standing in this bus as l type.
