Eagle liner worst customer service experience ‼️

Worst customer service experience. I booked a bus to travel from Welkom to King Williams town at 20:35 pm the bus never arrived at that time been emailing, sending numerous whtsapp texts and calling with no success that day.. I gave up and went back home at 11:12pm cos I feared for my safety then later booked intercape for the next day.. Now been trying to get my refund, they playing hide n seek.. I'm so disgusted
