Eagle liner Worst BUS to USE

Booked ticket online in the morning for a 2:45 bus that did not arrive, when a bus came it was going I'm the direction I needed but they refused to make the stop, that bus arrived at 3.30, eventually after phoning and complaining to customer care they got me a bus at 4.00pm, I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND USING THIS BUS SERVICE, PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND USE ANOTHER BUS SERVICE
