Eagle Liner worst bus company

This is my last ever trip with this Company. To overbook people then hire a bus that doesn't meet even half the standards of a locally traveling bus (Kalamazoo). No charging ports on this alternative bus they brought to us, rain water sipping through the roof, uncomfortable seats the list is endless. I was traveling to Johannesburg from East London at 17:00 on the 05th of January. The bus was clearly not comfortable for a 13+ hour journey, maybe good for short distances averaging 150 km. To pay R630 for such nonsense, couldn't they just say they were fully booked so that I could book a different bus or travel on another day? This is the worse possible long distance bus company ever. It is so disgusting.
