Eagle Liner won't pay refund. Poor service and heading towards ******** behaviour

I had booked a bus ticket to Cape Town for business but unfortunately the deal fell through before I departed. I requested a refund on their WhatsApp line because trying to get through on the landline is impossible.

I was told that my refund would be issued within a month which is firstly ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund. It's now been more than a month and I was told to wait another week as their is a backlog on refunds. I have backed up all WhatsApp conversations and am ready to go to court.
