Eagle liner useless

Very disgusted by there service. After waiting for 3 hours and the bus still did not come. We tried phoning them of 3 different numbers were not one of them worked. Then we went to their website to send them an email. But once again it did not work. The email did not even exist. This happened Desember and despite of try to contact them several times. I still did not receive any feedback. Would never recommend them and also never travel with them. Or actually try and travel with them. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I wanted to travel to Cape town from Worcester and then I had to pay extra for a shuttle to get there eventually.
