Eagle liner( the worst bus service)

I had the worst experience with this bus, i was told but didn’t really think it would be as bad as it was🤢the seats were smelly, the driver kept getting lost we ended up taking about 8 hours to get from vanderbijlpark to Bloemfontein. Please dont book this bus I don’t understand why it is still operating
