Eagle liner terrible experience

I am on a bus between Kokstad and Johannesburg. It seems very ill maintained. The bus is leaking, I am soaking wet. I reported this to the drivers who there is nothing they can do about it. The driver os struggling to engage all gears. It seems very unsafe.
