Eagle liner staff are ******* this bus company is the worst ever.

I been getting the most awful experience with this company. I bought a ticket from park station to uitenhage and when I got to my destination my luggage was missing. To cut the long story short I followed all their procedures and filled in forms but to no result of my reimbur*****t. I even went as far as reporting them to the consumer ombudsman and no response has been got. I lost all my clothes,laptop,I'd and cash.they didn't even book me into a hotel and I had to beg for money. They promised the insurance would pay but now its going on 3months and I've suffered a lot financially
