Eagle Liner service dont care about its passengers

I took Eagle Liner from Port Elizabeth to Idutywa but we (passengers) for Butterworth and Idutywa had to be offloaded in East London. The drivers said let us go to office they will sort us.

Its been almost 3hours now in this office. 30minutes ago a taxi arrived but now its not going we are just stuck frustrated here. I feel ****** by Eagle Liner.

Not enough information said as to why we are offloaded and how long will be provided with transportation

This is frustrating to us Passengers as they took our fair without indicating the challenges they encounter in this route now we have to wait for something we dont know. As if they dont know passengers destinations ( they suppose to have provision for us

I will never again use this bus
