Eagle Liner selling tickets via Computicket to Harare for a bus service that doesn't exist

I bought a ticket for my brother and sister-in-law travelling to Zimbabwe on the 12th of August. The Computicket Reference Number was 5PCHF2W and the ticket numbers were ELIX***1 and ELIX***. The coach was due to leave for Harare later that night from Bosman Station at 2145 hrs. When they arrived at Bosman Station, Eagle Liner staff said the service doesn't exist and the fault is with Computicket who uploaded that service. After a chain of run around and heated exchange of words, we were refunded the money but it resulted in the great inconvenience as it meant the travelling duo would have to find another bus to rebook on and arrive a day later, missing late. Some other people we contacted told us this is normal with Eagle liner. They sell bus tickets and if there are few passengers, they simply cancel the service without informing people who would have booked.

I have made a vow never to book Eagle Liner again after the horrific experience by my relatives, imagine if I had travelled from Durban and had nowhere to go and sleep. Pathetic
