Eagle Liner poor service

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the situation with Eagle Liner on 20 September 2024. On Friday, snow made it impossible for motorists to move on the N3 resulting in standstill traffic. While people started traveling on September 21, Eagle Liner informed passengers that they would have to sleep on the bus in the cold for a second night. My mother-in-law is among those affected and they only left this morning at 5 AM 22 September 2024. I am concerned about their safety, lack of communication and Eagle Liner should pay for this……..
