Eagle liner poor service

It’s the second time something like this happens to me…so the bus was supposed to be at 15:45 and I got a text stating that the bus will be late no time was specified I went to their offices to get clarity and I was told the bus is still in umtata ,mind you it’s a 3 hour drive from umtata to east London…I had to be in Cape Town for an interview at 9 so I had to consider other means of getting to Cape Town on time all I know as is my money back
