#Eagle liner must Fall

I'm disgusted by the bus service from Eagle liner..yesterday I booked two tickets from Pietermaritzburg to joburg for 08:45 today...only at 9:30 the bus arrived from Durban but fully packed.we where then told to wait another 30 mins as another bus was on its way.yes a TOOTS bus arrived crackling and was it not dirty with empty cans and litter on seats and floor.why I booked eagle liner was for what thier adverti*****t offered....music.climate control.air suspension.semi reclining seats.tv and radio.satellite tracking.....i called there customer services only for them to apologize and hang off.i believe the pricing you charged was to be fare had you given good service and all u promise on your adverti*****t....
