Eagle Liner Must Fall

They gave us a bus without brakes, the bus was 3 hours late, the bus had no windows nor air-con, the call center people were so rude to us even the driver was rude he ended up not wanting to drive us from PMB to JHB, the bus was suppose to arrive at 14H55 but it arrived at 19H00 at park station when i get there requesting to be assisted they lady was rude to me
