I bought a Eagleliner bus ticket on the 08th of October '24 from Parkstation to Queenstown, due to personal reasons I had to go back on 16th of October '24 to Parkstation(Johannesburg) where I bought it to cancel my trip and get my refund, those ladies there they were rude and disrespectful I don't know how they passed their interviews,so the lightskinned one with a goodtooth told me I will get my refund in January 2025 and I should not come back there anymore, I told her that the refund policy states that I will get my refund within 15 days, she then laughed and said "we will see", it's now April and I haven't gotten my refund I left all my banking details and I now suspect that they did not even process it, they even took the tickets so I have nothing to prove except for the screenshot she showed me.

I have written emails ,used that WhatsApp number of their it’s not working ,I tried calling ,I can’t seem to get assisted.
