Eagle liner is the worst bus You can waste your money on, ****ty service! Old buses that don't get checked before citizens travel

I took a bus from Johannesburg to Matatiele on 9/02/2024 and the bus died as soon as we left Johannesburg. We waited for 2 hours without any explanation and again left. Waited again just before Tugela and waited another 2 hours. They did not provide an alternative for us. I am going to my aunt's funeral yet I am going to arrave after the funeral is over already. Why did I waste my money to come all the way just to travel and sleep on the road and not get to where I was going? What ****ty service is this? Nobody is even apologizing, why is my money just going to waste and not serve the purpose which I paid for?
