Eagle Liner is running a ********** operation

On the 22.02.2018, I purchased 2 tickets for my parents, from Bloemfontein to Midrand for the 22:20 bus. I was issued with the reference numbers for the 2 tickets and advised that the travelers need to be at the station not later than 22:00. To our surprise, THERE ARE NO SCHEDULED BUSES FOR 22:20 and there hasn't been for the past month, however, THE TICKETS ARE STILL BEING SOLD!!! My parents were told to wait for the bus which departs after 00:00, LIKE REALLY???!!! I called the call center, they told me that there's nothing they can do, I have to wait for the manager who will be in the office at 06:00.
