Saturday I brought ticket bus at Shoprite Uitenhage CBD , the time of the bus was 21:40 , 05 May. Then Early on 05 they send a massage that the bus will be late , for my safety I went to the nearest police station , at 22:00 we went to bus stop and call the call center they said the bus will be the at 23:00 . We came back there is no bus , the police called again on my behalf the lady said the bus will be there at 01:00 , and we came back again after that time the lady said we should wait for 45 minetes , after that they didn't take our calls , bt at the end the lady said they don't do refund , all in all I spend my night at police station , your service is very poor .
