Eagle liner Intercity bus ****mers

Eagle liner intercity ****med me R800 on 21 December 2025. I tried to buy a ticket from Makhado Limpopo to Johannesburg Park station on 19 December their system didn't allow me to it gave me an error response and I did not get a booking confirmation. So I didn't continue with the purchase. Instead I used another bus service. But on the 21st of December Eagle Liner went Into my account to debit R800 the price of the ticket 8 tried to purchase. From the 22nd of December I have been trying to put my complaint through to customer service but it is met with rude responses from eagle liner and Jo resolution this far.
