Eagle liner has the most horrible customer service

They have the worst customer service. I mistakenly pressed back instead of putting in the phone number where they were supposed to send the ticket reference. I have tried to reach them in all ways possible. I have sent an email, I have twitted them, I have sent them a Facebook message,I have tried to call and I have left a voice mail but no one has reached out. The sad part is that I have already paid for the ticket. My anxiety levels are at a peek
