Eagle liner from Newcastle to Johannesburg 20/12/2020 route 3001

I'm NEVER EVER booking with eagle liner, according to your tickets and schedule I was supposed to have arrived in Johannesburg Park Station by 11h35, guess what I'm still not even close to park station, I'm still enroute. The bus was packed people didn't wear masks, it was Carnage!

You need to monitor your buses and trips, I didn't even get the seat on my ticket, there were people paying cash in the bus instead of buying tickets. People were standing up because there was no more sitting available, packing us like sardines...Sies you have no regards for human lives. You need to be ashamed of how you operate, it's utterly disgusting. If I could give zero stars, I would.
