Eagle liner drove off before schedule and did not give Refund.

I hade a terrible experience with Eagle Liner. I bought a ticket for 670 rand to go see my friends in Midrand from Paarl. I bought my ticket on BusBucs as a student . I payed everything I had. I was about 20 min early and when I arrived they told me the bus bus just drove away. I panicked and talked to upcoming Eagle Liner bus drivers, they all told me the bus is still coming don't worry dont worry dont stress, I sat at the garage for 3 hours in stress got the support team on call then they told me even tho its not my fault and they drove before schedule they cant give refund. I started crying and then they told me ask my friends to help me buy a new ticket after I told them i spend everything I had. Now Im not able to see my friends and I already bought a return plane ticket when I booked the bus, seems like they are not reliable.
